We've learned that every wedding is unique. We approach each wedding day as an opportunity to bring our creative eyes, a supportive energy, and our technical mastery. We do this in a professional and relaxed, unobtrusive manner that adds joy, success, and ease to your wedding day.

Artistically, we bring a creative, fashion-like sensibility to telling the story of your day. We blend a mix of candid moments with exquisite portraits. Using fine black & white and color films, as well as digital output, we capture the intimate expressions of you and your loved ones, details of your wedding dress, the spectacular location, flower arrangements, and the special touches that you've created.

Unique to IlluminArts is having two photographers. This allows us to be in different locations to cover the multitude of moments occurring at once. Being a male and female team allows us to appropriately cover the more sensitive situations and bring two unique perspectives to our work.

Getting to know each other, enjoying working together, and creating trust are also key ingredients to making great shots. In our pre-wedding meetings we'll have an opportunity to learn about each other and discover your photographic desires. Scheduling an engagement shoot is another way to connect and work together. In a relaxed and easy atmosphere we'll create fun and joy-filled photographs of you and your fiance. These shots are great to use for invitations and web sites.
